In this Proprietary Lending Region Executive role, you will: Lead an expert team of bankers to deliver on the signature customer experience and management of colleague banking experiences to build customer advocacy!Build & leverage strong relationship and coaching skills to achieve business unit goals.Be responsible for onboarding, coaching and deployment of resources within the team including career/succession planning, colleague leave, management, and recruitment.Role model Distinctive Leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working.What you'll bring: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results.Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management.Proven track record in leading teams to deliver complex sales.Ability to lead strategic initiatives, identify business opportunities and implement complex strategic plans.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
