Capstone has partnered with a key player in the Property industry as they look to hire a Property Technology Business Analyst to support, maintain, and deliver Australian business systems, applications, and data.
About the Role: As the sole Business Analyst within this team, you will be working closely with stakeholders across the organisation and hold the following accountabilities: Ensure the local enterprise systems & applications are secure and maintained, escalating critical issues with third parties.
Liaise with stakeholders across business units to understand their specific & unique requirements, working with them to prototype solutions.
Assess the current-state of business systems and processes, map out the future-state, and conduct a gap analysis to understand what improvements need to be made ultimately to improve efficiency & reduce duplication.
Manage system related initiatives from beginning to end, creating and delivering end-user training materials, facilitating hypercare activities, and communicating clearly with stakeholders on the changes they will experience.
Assist with end to end vendor management, selecting, evaluating, and ensuring they are meeting their service level agreements.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need the following: 4-7 years of relevant experience in a similar Business Analyst position, working on complex technology & system-related projects.
Experience working within the Property industry, with a reasonable understanding of how Property businesses operate.
Relevant project delivery certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Lean, PMP etc.
Hands-on experience in reporting using PowerBI and the MS Office Suite, and relevant Property technology.
Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with an acute attention to detail and an outcome-oriented attitude.
