About The Role:

Are you passionate about real estate and ready to play a critical role in shaping an organisation's property strategy? We are seeking a Property Specialist

to manage the acquisition and divestment of properties for Endeavour Foundation, supporting our mission to create long-term sustainability and positive outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Property Acquisition & Divestment : Identify and secure land and property opportunities in line with the organisation's Property Strategy. Oversee the sale of surplus property and the acquisition of new assets, ensuring due diligence, legal compliance, and smooth transaction processes. Client-Focused Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client needs are central to every property decision, supporting the implementation of a diverse property portfolio across residential, commercial, and community assets. Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and agents, while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless transactions. Operational Excellence : Conduct market analysis, financial assessments, and prepare detailed reports on transactions and market conditions. Assist in managing consultants and contractors to optimise performance. Compliance & Legal : Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property acquisition, divestment, and conveyancing processes.

What You Bring:

Qualifications : Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Demonstrated experience in real estate acquisitions, divestment, and property valuation, with knowledge of legal requirements and market trends. Skills : Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Commercial Acumen : Ability to align property transactions with the organisation's long-term goals and support financial sustainability.
