SummaryThis role is contractual and will end in September 2024.
You'll be the main contact person for both internal and external parties, making sure services are delivered efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Your duties will involve managing property service requests, overseeing fleet vehicles and inventory, and providing administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage property services requests across various channels (phone, email, ticketing systems)Review and action requests, including directing customers, coordinating small furniture moves, and scheduling maintenanceManage administrative tasks for the fleet vehicle program (detailing, fuelling, charging, maintenance)Coordinate property services training for staffAssist with security administration, procurement, and financial processesProvide support for team sustainability initiatives, manage uniform and stationery supplies, and facilitate mail distributionDemonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork Essential RequirementsAbility to lift and move objects up to 15kgValid Queensland Driver's Licence (electric vehicle and charging station experience preferred)Ability to travel occasionally to other office locationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a similar role or transferable skillsProficiency in data entry and retrieval using workflow and information databasesAbility to work independently with guidance and supervisionStrong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders Applications: To apply for this position please click "Apply Now" below.
