With over 40 locations throughout Australia and growing each year, we currently have a newly created immediate vacancy for an experienced Restoration Technician / Carpet Cleaner to manage and deliver remediation works for our clients in and around the Geraldton region. This is a hands-on role with great potential for career development as we continue to expand our localised service delivery capability.

Key Functions Responding to customer enquiries, attending properties, inspecting works and damages, scoping restoration works.Performing general cleaning and restoration tasks, packing out and record keeping of inventory.Taking on supervisory and team leading duties as the business grows and on larger residential or commercial jobs.Skills and Experience Experience in general restoration and remediation, ideally carpet cleaning.Knowledge of insurance practices and restoration beneficial.Formal IICRC training or certification highly regarded; however, access to this will be provided if not currently held.Self-motivated and energetic individual with an eye for detail.Competent in the use of technology and software applications.WHS oriented and experienced.Physically fit.Excellent communication skills and process-driven.Take pride in your work and be able to work autonomously or as part of a team.Exceptional customer service ability.Must have a current driver's licence and clean criminal record.Willingness and ability to travel as required.If you have relevant experience and, more importantly, a keen desire to learn with a fantastic attitude, that's fine – you'll continue to learn on the job from our dedicated and highly experienced team!
