The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on complex property matters with a high level of autonomy. You will work with top real estate investment trusts across retail and office portfolios, handling diverse and challenging work in a supportive environment.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a Senior Associate with at least 5 years' post-admission experience in property law. You'll have a proven track record of managing matters independently and handling complex transactions. Key experience should include drafting and negotiating agreements for leases, commercial office leases, and capital transactions, as well as conducting due diligence and advising on easements. Renewable energy transaction experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the ability to mentor junior team members, are essential for success in this role.
