Property Law (Legal)Government - Local (Government & Defence)The Property Officer Transactions operates under limited direction and is responsible for the facilitation of a range of property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of Council land, permanent road openings and closings, granting, acquiring and extinguishing easements and encumbrances, the preparation and management of leases and licenses as well as the management of community land governance and operational requirements.The Property Officer Transactions is responsible for projects and studies as directed by the Team Leader Property Transactions.About YouReporting to the Team Leader Property Transactions, the position of Property Officer Transactions is an integral role within the team, responsible for coordinating and facilitating a variety of property transactions involving Council's diverse property portfolio.
