$79,701 - $92,744 per annum (plus super, plus RDOs).
Exciting opportunity to support the management of City of Boroondara's property portfolio in the evolving Strategic Property team.
A little bit about the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Strategic Property, the responsibilities of the Property Officer include:
Administer and coordinate a wide range of property-related projects and functions - including land acquisition and disposal, road discontinuances, formal naming, encroachments and management of occupancy agreements (leases and licences).
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Council strategic objectives.
Provide a courteous and pro-active approach to dealing with customers with customer experience at the forefront.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide support to various property projects.
A little bit about you
Experience in supporting the delivery of property projects, including sales, acquisition, leases and licences.
Demonstrated experience to deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to gain cooperation and assistance from internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare correspondence to stakeholders.
Highly developed time management and prioritisation skills.
