Duties:Provided with great support, you will be tasked with autonomously running a portfolio with day to day tasks including:
Take and address phone and email enquiriesUndertake ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reportsShow properties that are available for Sale and LeaseCoordinate repairs and maintenance (issuing and handling of work orders to tradesman) as well as inspecting repairs / approving invoicesConduct market research and assist with proposalsLiaise with sales and leasing team where necessary with matters pertaining to managed propertiesSpecific requirements:Our Client Is Looking For Someone Eager To Get a Start In Commercial / Industrial Property Management And Is Keen To Learn. You Will Have:
