An exciting opportunity has arisen for an assistant or experienced Property Manager wanting to join a well established and fast growing office in the heart of Wollongong.

The Role:
Day to day management of a residential portfolio.
Conduct lease renewal agreements, compliance and maintenance requests.
Coordinate property inspections and manage a healthy database.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
Provide daily operational support to the Property Management team.
The Person:
Previous experience as an assistant or property manager preferred.
Valid Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
