Property Manager | Up To $105K | Pyrmont

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Pyrmont. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 properties, ensuring the needs of landlords and tenants are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties.Handle bond claims and rent increases.Represent the agency at tribunal hearings as needed.Assist with leasing activities during peak times.Working Hours:Monday to Saturday (day off during the week)Hours: 9 am – 6 pm (9 am to 3:30 pm on Saturdays)Qualifications and Experience:3 - 5 years of experience in property management.Must possess a Certificate of Registration (COR).Systems Used:Property MeSupport:You will have an Assistant Property Manager to support you in your role.TO APPLY:Chelsea 0499 298 133
