Who we are seeking We are seeking a Senior experienced Property Manager, adding as an Office All Rounder. Full-Time preferred, however for the right person, part-time may be an option.
Property Management, focusing on quality managment Managing the relationship with tenants and landlordsProcessing applications and signing new tenantsPortfolio of upto 100 properties onlyTrust accountingInspections (routine, ingoing and outgoing)Arranging and supervising maintenance and repairsLease renewals and rent reviewsManagement of rent arrearsResidential Tenancy Tribunal hearingsOpen InspectionsBond refundsSupport to the the teamCustomer serviceMarketing and online listing managementGrowing the rent roll
 To be successful for this opportunity you must have the following qualities:- Current CBS property management registration
Minimum 3 year experience in property management
Office Administration Experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Current drivers licence
Knowledge of Property me and/ or similar software
Self-motivated  with a positive can do attitude
Trust accounting experience
