The Role: My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager within the Commercial space. The role seeks an individual who comes from a strong Property Management background and the ability to deliver tenancy management for A-grade premium assets on behalf of one of Australia's leading real estate organisations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Ensure certification is obtained from relevant contractors and consultants for all essential services.Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant billing. Ensure timely collection of rents and other charges, and maintain accurate records.Oversee the timely preparation of the annual Fire Safety Statement and other documentation as required by local authorities.Oversee the effective and efficient management of all property services and works required within the properties, ensuring seamless operations.Work closely with all stakeholders involved in repositioning projects, including tenancy fitouts and make-good works, to ensure timely delivery within financial parameters.Participate in preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets, and monitor and update budgets on a quarterly basis to ensure financial accuracy.Provide input into monthly reports regarding the operational aspects of the property, ensuring transparency and accountability.Manage specialist contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and adherence to the specified scope of work.Supervise all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with statutory authorities and good engineering practices related to the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes, and services.Requirements: Property Management, tenancy fitout management, capital expenditure delivery, and project management experience (Highly Desirable)Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (Highly Desirable)An ability to comfortably communicate with people at all levels and manage stakeholders through project and repositioning works.Strong multiple stakeholders, tenancy management skills (Highly Desirable)Extra Details: Hourly Pay Rate: between $50 P/H - $65 P/H + Super (Depending on experience)Location: Sydney CBDCareer growth opportunitiesImmediate Start!!When applying please provide:
