What You Bring to the Table: Experience: A background in property management or a related field is essential. A current Real Estate Certificate is a plus! Strong Communication Skills: You excel at building relationships and navigating conversations with tenants and owners. Organizational Skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple properties with ease. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with property management software and general office applications.
