This is a Monday to Friday portfolio management position focused on customer service.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and confident to manage a growing portfolio of 80 residential properties.
With dedicated support for administrative tasks, trust accounts, new business, and leasing, you can concentrate on what you do best, including:
Managing arrearsRoutine, ingoing and outgoing inspectionsOverseeing repairs and maintenanceFacilitating rent reviews and increasesPreparing for and attending NCATHandling bond and insurance claimsProviding renovation recommendationsAttend weekly team meetings and trainingNurture Landlord and Tenant relationshipsThe right candidate will have: A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenseCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceAccess to a reliable vehicleExcellent communication and relationship building skills3 + years managing a portfolio on your ownTech savvy and able to work within a paperless officeTo confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 *** to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
