Job Responsibilities: Manage your own portfolio of 200 properties —NO routine inspections!
Collaborate with a dedicated leasing agent.
Utilise Property Tree and Inspection Manager for seamless property management.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in property management.
Qualifications: Current Certificate of Registration (COR) and a valid driver's license.
Familiarity with Property Tree and Inspection Manager is highly preferred.
