Due to a growing portfolio, they are seeking a highly energetic and passionate Property Manager to oversee the well-managed portfolio. You will have the support of a Property Officer for administration and inspections.

Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio including;
Repairs & maintenance Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections New Business Arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews Client and tenant liaison Maintain and develop client relationships Knowledge of tribunal proceedings Ideal Candidate Real Estate experience is essential Current NSW Certificateof Registration You will have a passion for Real Estate and be results-driven You will hold a valid driver's license Have exceptional organisation and time management skills Have superb telephone, written & verbal communication skills
