The Position
Monday - Friday only WFH flexibility 1 day a week! Assistance for support Up to $85k salary package on offer! Stunning office fit out with a great team culture This agency has earned a PREMIUM reputation in the market You will be responsible for a portfolio with plenty of assistance!
End-to-end portfolio management across a small but growing rent roll - forcing on apartments No BDM work required Lease Renewals Entry and Exit inspections Rental Arrears Processing Maintenance Invoicing QCAT/ Tribunal as required Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants/follow-up and clear communication Using cloud-based software The Successful Candidate: Current Certificate of Registration Previous Property Management experience, ideally 2+ years High level of communication and attention to detail Strong organisational skills Solid written & verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus Well-presented Valid driver's license How to Apply:
