Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties while ensuring exceptional service for both owners and tenants. Your expertise in property management will be crucial in maintaining high standards and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and tenants, including conducting onsite meetings when necessary to discuss property matters.Rental Arrears Management: Monitor and manage rental arrears, implementing effective strategies for resolution and maintaining tenant relationships.Lease Negotiations: Negotiate lease renewals with tenants, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties while complying with legal standards.Open Homes: Conduct open homes and property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective tenants.Inspections: Carry out routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and adhere to standards, as well as outgoing inspections to assess property conditions upon tenant move-out.Maintenance Coordination: Handle maintenance requests efficiently, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors, to facilitate property management processes.Breach Notices: Issue breach notices when necessary, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and keeping owners informed.Long-Term Decision Making: Understand and negotiate the long-term consequences of daily property management decisions, ensuring the sustainability and profitability of the portfolio.Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience: Previous property and/or client management experience is highly desirable, providing a foundation for success in this position.Licensing: A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or a willingness to obtain one as soon as possible).Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.Professionalism: High levels of professionalism and integrity, representing our organization positively at all times.Relationship Management: Previous experience in client relationship or account management, demonstrating your ability to manage client expectations.Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Technical Skills: Intermediate computer and digital literacy, particularly with various property management software platforms.Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for property visits and client meetings.What We Offer:
