Your Role Will Include: Assisting with the management of a residential portfolioSupporting communication with landlords and tenantsAssisting with lease preparationSupporting in-going and outgoing property condition reportsHelping conduct routine inspectionsCoordinating maintenance and repairsAssisting with vacate inspectionsSupporting lease renewalsAssisting with market rental appraisalsFollowing up on arrearsHelping with the end-of-month processAssisting with viewingsProspecting to help grow our portfolioTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 1 year in property management (desirable)Excellent time management and organizational skillsA valid driver's licenseCertificate of Registration or ability to acquire quicklyExperience with Console software (preferred but not essential)Strong teamwork skillsIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, please apply via Seek.
