The role and core responsibilities The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Management of a portfolio of properties with support from the PM TeamRoutine InspectionsFinal InspectionsRental appraisals for new businessRepairs and maintenanceArrears control and termination noticesManaging Rental Bonds OnlinePrepare and attend Tribunal if requiredNo accounts responsibilities requiredAssist in with Open Inspections when requiredYou will have support from all levels of the company with Administration, Leasing Consultant, Accounts and Manager Support.
Skills and experience We are looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager with long term career aspirations to join our Team.
