Duties & responsibilities: Nurture a fresh boutique portfolio that grows with youDevelop new client relationshipsMaintain strong communication with both landlords and tenantsConduct routine and vacate inspectionsManage repairs, maintenance, and arrearsManage tenant selection with the leasing teamParticipate in team training and developmentSkills & experience: Minimum 12 months experience in a property management department role or similarExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive can-do attitude with an interest in self-developmentCurrent Certificate of Registration/LicenceOwn well-maintained vehicle essentialKnowledge of Property Me an advantageTo succeed in this role, you will have the desire and motivation to progress your career within the property industry and prove yourself to be an invaluable team member, committed to delivering quality service and positive outcomes.
