3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsOffering a nine (9) day fortnight (or full-time); Pay $75,000 pa; company vehicle (neg); & the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.Our client, a well-established, highly regarded real estate firm based in Toowoomba, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their extremely successful business.Working a nine (9) day fortnight (or full-time, if desired), the Property Manager will run his/her own portfolio of approximately 160 properties (very few routines) or 120 (including routines), providing exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners.The Primary Responsibilities Of This Role Include:Overseeing all aspects of Property Portfolio managementUndertaking ingoing and outgoing inspectionsCoordinating all property maintenance and communications with relevant partiesOverseeing rental payments and arrearsManaging the client and tenant relationshipUndertaking relevant administration tasks, as requiredIn return, our client is offering the following benefits:Annual Salary of $70,000 to $75,000 (plus Superannuation)Company Car (negotiable)A dynamic, progressive and supportive work environmentOne day off each fortnight!!
