We are a boutique agency based in Stepney.Ideally, we're looking for a northern suburbs-based property manager to take on an existing portfolio of approximately 170 properties.As the Property Manager of this portfolio, you will manage both the landlords and tenants and their expectations.
You will have admin support within a shared work-flow structure to help you with day-to-day tasks, so you can concentrate on the landlord and tenant.You will be remunerated with a package that includes above award wage plus bonuses for new business.
In addition, you will be provided with a fully maintained company car and mobile phone.What you will needMost importantly, we are looking for a Property Manager who is a great communicator, enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable, and focused on customer service excellence.
