Duties will include;
Managing your own portfolio based in the north-east suburbs, with full support from an AssociateThe Associate conducts most routines and assists with some finalsCoordinating maintenance repairs and orders with assistance from your AssociateLeasing, bond refunds and lease renewal negotiationsNo back-end administration - this is taken care of by the support team The Criteria Previous PM experience is essential – 3 years plus is idealProperty Me knowledge helpfulInitiative and a passion for the industryImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of care factor and customer serviceHighly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
