Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio.Oversee and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring homes are well cared for.Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Handle rent collection, lease renewals, and enforce lease terms.Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring all residences meet safety and maintenance standards.Maintain property records, manage budgets, and provide reports to property owners.Ensure compliance with local residential tenancy laws and regulations.Collaborate with service providers and contractors to maintain properties to a high standard.Market and lease vacant properties to potential tenants, ensuring minimal vacancy periods.Qualifications: Previous experience in residential property management is preferred but not essential.Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and NSW tenancy regulations.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Well-organised with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
