About this rare opportunity

You will be responsible for the successful management of a premium portfolio of approximately 70 properties end to end (outsourced new ingoings) that will grow and be capped at 80. Whilst there is a lot of support on hand, our client is seeking someone who can confidently perform all associated tasks.


Responsibilities will include Quarterly routine inspectionsFinal bond inspections and processCoordinate maintenanceLiaise with all Owners, Tenants and ContractorsNO BDM or TRUSTOur Dream Candidate
