Property Manager Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role will oversee the management of a diverse client portfolio, comprising including commercial, retail, educational, residential, and special use buildings. The Property Manager will ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and tenancy matters for the client's portfolio.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, client stakeholders, and service providers.
Ensure adherence to financial management processes and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate lease administration and property maintenance activities.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports and budgets.
Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in property management.
Estate Agents or Agents Representative qualifications (Victoria).
Strong client-focus and exceptional communication skills.
Knowledge of lease management and compliance.
Tertiary qualifications in building or related discipline preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
