We are a growing boutique Property Management and Buyers Agency looking for a passionate, driven, and self-motivated Property Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing buyers agency team and be the head of property management.
About the role: end to end management of a well-maintained growing portfolio of 50 properties routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections client/tenant relationship management leasing and conducting open homes carrying out regular rent reviews and lease renewals property maintenance - liaising with both tenants, owners, and trades experience with trust accounting is highly desirable; however, support is provided assist with NCAT prep when and if required supporting the buyers agency team with inspections across Newcastle supporting the growth of the rent roll through prospecting initiatives Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays for open homes) The Person: previous property management experience is a MUST (2 years minimum) PropertyMe experience is a MUST strong communication skills and impeccable presentation ability to work autonomously and independently valid NSW Certificate of Registration or NSW Real Estate License own car and driver's license you can be based anywhere in Newcastle The Perks: ideal role for someone looking to grow a start-up rent roll opportunity to work with the buyers agency team managing a small (yet growing) portfolio work from home permanently What You Need To Know: we are a start-up rent roll so you are our first hire we need your help to build out our systems and processes we love technology so be ready to embrace it our portfolio is spread across Newcastle, Central Coast, and Sydney so occasional trips to Sydney might be required.
