Property Manager

Currently seeking a Junior OR a Senior Property Manager, this role will see you responsible for working alongside a highly qualified team and within a tight knit, successful department.

The Role: 100 properties end to end management Liaising with landlords & tenants Scheduling and conducting open house inspections, ingoing & outgoing inspection Processing applications, conducting reference check Answering enquiries in a professional and timely manner Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople Property Marketing – uploading properties online/advertising Issuing keys The Candidate: Have great customer service skills Previous leasing or property management experience Experience with IRE, ADL, Flick it Over preferable Keen & willing to join a top performing team in a fantastic brand Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members The ability and willingness to grow The Benefits: Monday – Friday role!
