We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and energetic Property Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties.
Responsibilities: Documentation & records keeping Arrears management Tenancy renewals Ingoing tenants Vacating tenants Tribunal & debt recovery Landlord & tenant contact Personality attributes: Motivated and driven Goal orientated Excellent communication skills Positive & friendly Ability to create lasting relationships with clients Exceptional customer service skills & telephone manner Excellent presentation Negotiation skills Highly organized Systems oriented Work well under pressure Take responsibility Ability to prioritize Respect superiors We believe our Property Managers should deliver outstanding customer service to all their clients to build strong relationships.
Salary Package: $60,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.
