We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and energetic Property Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties.
Responsibilities:

Documentation & records keeping
Arrears management
Tenancy renewals
Ingoing tenants
Vacating tenants
Tribunal & debt recovery
Landlord & tenant contact

We believe our Property Managers should deliver outstanding customer service to all their clients to build strong relationships.
Salary Package:
$60,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.
