We are looking for an experienced and driven property manager for our leading local agency.
The successful applicant will join our current team of two existing property managers and a leasing consultant and will look after a portfolio of approximately 120 to 140 properties.
The current property manager is staying within the company and you will have the luxury of their support with the transition of the portfolio.
Key responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties with room for growth, fostering relationships with all clients.Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and colleagues.Coordinate all repairs and maintenance thoroughly.Provide exceptional customer service.Conduct thorough ingoing and outgoing inspections.Assist with tenancy renewals.Oversee bond lodgements, claims, and refunds.Tribunal preparation and representation if required.Assist with leasing activities during peak periods.Ensure all tenants remain up to date with rental payments and obligations.About you: Minimum two years experience in managing a portfolio.Certificate of registration or Real Estate licence essential.Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of property management.Highly organised and customer service oriented.Ready to join a professional, social, and friendly team, considered the leading agency in our area.Own a modern, reliable, and well-presented motor vehicle and a full driver licence.Savvy with technology and administration and proficient with property management software.The ability to learn and adapt to modern technologies and software.About us: George Brand is the leading Central Coast Real Estate Agency specialising in the sale of residential homes and property management.
