Property Manager

Galaxy Real Estate in Bundaberg, Queensland has a unique opportunity available. We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our close, friendly team. We seek candidates who will contribute to our down-to-earth reputation by delivering exceptional customer service to owners and tenants.

Responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day tasks of a property portfolioLiaising with clients, landlords, tenants, and tradespeopleCompleting periodic inspectionsManaging repairs and maintenanceMonitoring payment and arrears managementManaging the leasing process from start to finishProspecting for new businessMinimum Requirements:At least 1-2 years in a similar role for Property ManagementExperience in using property management programs (PropertyME)Exceptional time management and organisational skillsThe ability to work in a team environment, however, happy to use initiative and be self-sufficient.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe well presented.Have a valid QLD driver's licence (company car is provided for use during work hours).Support and training will be available, and the successful candidate will report to the agency Principal.
