Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by our admin team. We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio based property management under 150 propertiesDeliver professional service to landlords and tenants effectivelyConduct ingoing, outgoing, periodic and rental open inspectionsOrganise quotes, repairs and maintenance work ordersMinimise and maintain rental arrearsRepresent clients at QCAT, if requiredManage tenant selection, rent reviews and bond claimsComplete accurate documents, comprehensive record keeping and organisationWhat We Are Looking For: Property management experience preferred but not requiredDesire & ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experienceCurrent QLD Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationCurrent drivers' license and own reliable transportTeam player attitudeExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfidence to take initiative and responsibilityAbility to handle pressure and problem solveWe are a family owned and operated independent agency known as one of the leading agencies in Bundaberg. Office hours 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 4pm Friday, no Weekends. Above award wage + bonuses once probation is completed.
