About the opportunity. It is a portfolio of commercial office assets.
Your key responsibilities are to deliver your designated property's business plan objectives including but not limited to maximising income, arrears control, compliance (including insurances and bank guarantees), minor office vacancy leasing, working closely with the operations management team, developing strong working relationships with tenants and owners, and assisting in managing the operational and capital expenditure program. You will also have some responsibility for the annual budget of each property and will work in an energetic, and focused team.
What are we looking for. You'll be registered as a salesperson with the Office of Fair Trading, with a minimum of 3-5 years property management experience, preferably in commercial.
