Property Manager in a POD system with 3 other PM's End to end management of entire rent roll with the other PM's Leasing, open inspections, ongoing, outgoing and routine inspections, maintenance, rent & lease reviews, reporting & admin Skills and Experience
Must hold a real estate registration Minimum 2 years experience  Ability to work in a team and one on one with an assistant Strong communication and patience Initiative and forward thinking Reliable and a team player Easy going, happy personality with a sense of humour Can do attitude with a desire to grow with the business How to Apply
