Antunes Group is a boutique family owned property development and management business that has be operating for over 25 years. With an extensive property portfolio and active developments this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing business. This role will see you actively managing all aspects of various properties within the extensive and growing property portfolio. 
This role will suit an individual with excellent property management experience who is well organised and has a high attention to detail. The Property Manager will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with initiative. The Property Manager will have a proven record in meeting deadlines and be comfortable to work individually and also as part of a team. Succeeding in this role will see you as a valued contributor to our business with long term job security and growth.
The Property Manager with be responsible for: Managing property operations including the financial performance of assetsHigh-level financial reporting and analysisRegular budget consolidationImproving asset efficiencies and quality performance Developing and documenting procedures that may strengthen controls and overall effective property management Ensuring compliance with statutory law and regulationsDeveloping reviews and providing tenant analysisWorking closely with management to ensure properties are at the highest possible qualityAssisting with and contributing to accurate financial reporting Controlling the collection and reconciliation of fundsBuilding strong relationships with tenants, managers and facility providers Leadership skillsMentoring abilitiesProject management and forecastingThe successful candidate will possess: At least 3 years experience at a senior management levelCurrent property management qualifications and required industry registrationStrong understanding of building and commercial real estate industryStrong negotiation skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsProficiency of Microsoft Office SuiteIf you possess these qualities and want to grow with our business, we would love to hear from you.
