Property Manager

We have an opening for a qualified Property Manager to join our dynamic team and assist in the day to day running of our growing Portfolio.  
We are a 30+year business with an emphasis on a great working environment. You will be a self-starter with initiative and a passion for the Real Estate Industry. You will possess not only the ability but the enjoyment of running a portfolio on your own but offer superior customer service to your valued clients and landlords.

The successful applicant will present with the following skills and attributes:
Hold a current SA Property Management licenseKnowledge of current SA Legislation and the ability to work in accordance with the 'Residential Tenancies Act'.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsCurrent SA driver's licenseDemonstrate a high level of skill with Microsoft Office and an ability to use web-based programs efficiently.Knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end process of Property Management.Competent with Property Me. This is a salary position with generous remuneration package including a company car or allowance, phone, and superannuation.
