Property Manager - Hills District

They provide outstanding top quality service and are seeking a motivated Property Manager who is looking to progress to join their team!

The Role:
We are seeking someone to manage and service a clean, neat, tidy and local portfolio all based in close proximity of the office.
Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 110 properties to start Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords Conducting repairs and maintenances Rental arrears management Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required NO accounts, NO Leasing !! Monday to Friday

This would also suit a Property officer who would like to step up, otherwise, an excellent salary on offer for any senior candidates.

What will you need to succeed? 2+ years in real estate A current certificate of Registration, with intent to upgrade to a license High level of professionalism Commitment to superior customer service High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills The Benefits: No weekends Plenty of support from a Leasing Consultant and director Report to a dedicated Property Management focused Director Clean & tidy portfolio – all local in Hills Friendly team and low staff turnover! up to $90,000 package on offer depending on experience To Apply:
