A dedicated assistant will manage your portfolio during your leave with guidance from the Head of PM.Great Bonuses: On offer for achieving Key Performance Indicators, up to an additional $5k PA on top of your salary.Fabulous Team Culture: Regular team events & experiences to connect with colleagues who enjoy getting together and having fun.Property Management Focus: Supporting, rewarding, and acknowledging you is our priority.Who are we looking for?We are looking for Property Managers with at least 2 years of experience, preferably someone who has owned a home or investment property to better understand the industry and our clients.You should love what you do and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure we provide the best customer service to all of our clients.Living within 20 minutes of either of the available portfolios is essential for efficiency.What will you be doing?You will be managing property and leasing for either our North portfolio (located from Morley to Midland) or our South portfolio (located from Thornlie to Fremantle).Both portfolios consist of 90 well-managed properties, with everything up to date.
