Who are we looking for?We are looking for Property Managers with at least 2 years of experience, preferably someone who has owned a home or investment property to better understand the industry and our clients.
You should love what you do and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure we provide the best customer service to all of our clients.
Living within 20 minutes of either of the available portfolios is essential for efficiency.
What will you be doing?You will be managing property and leasing for either our North portfolio (located from Morley to Midland) or our South portfolio (located from Thornlie to Fremantle).
Both portfolios consist of 90 well-managed properties, with everything up to date. A full handover will be provided from the current Managers, who are not leaving the company.
You will be the single point of contact for clients, while being heavily supported by our admin team.
Your duties will include:
Advertising and showing properties for lease.Routine inspections.Handling maintenance.Final bond inspections.Rent reviews (with assistance).Lease renewals (with assistance).Management authority renewals (with assistance).Arrears management (with assistance).Building relationships.No PCRs.No document preparation.About UsWe are proud to lead the industry as one of Australia's most awarded Property Managers for Service Excellence.
