With a fully qualified Leasing Consultant and Administrator to support, you will be required to:
Manage a portfolio of 160 properties all based in the same suburb!Maintaining relationships with landlords/ownersConducting repairs and maintenanceRental arrears managementCompletion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reportsCarry out regular rent and lease reviewsPrepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when requiredThe Candidate:Previous Real Estate experience is essentialA current Certificate of Registration & Driver's LicenseExceptional organizational and time management skillsA strong team player and happy to offer support when neededProficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies ActTo Apply:Please call Vanessa Necovski on for more information or email your CV to .
