The Role: MAINLY IN OFFICE DUTIES Portfolio of circa 200 properties end-to-end with support Organising maintenance Liaising with owners and tenants Lease renewals and rent increases Arrears management QCAT applications and attendance where required The Successful Candidate: QLD Certificate of Registration Driver's license 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Excellent communication skills Outstanding organisation and time management Immaculate presentation This is your opportunity to be part of something great with a company that will support your progression within the company.
