PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER | UP TO $120,000.00 - $140,000 | HILLS DISTRICTPosition Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced PM Team Leader to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced property manager looking to step up into a leadership position or for a current team leader seeking a new challenge. You will manage a portfolio of 50 properties while focusing on team management and development across four office locations.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of property managers, ensuring high performance and collaboration across all locations.Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 50 properties, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all clients.KPI Meetings: Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with staff to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide support.PM Manuals Development: Build and implement property management manuals to streamline processes across the four offices.Office Visits: Regularly visit each office location to engage with teams, provide guidance, and address any challenges.Team Meetings: Hold weekly team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and foster a collaborative environment.Complaint Handling: Address and resolve client complaints efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for new team members, ensuring effective onboarding and integration.Performance Management: Monitor team performance, providing feedback and development opportunities to enhance individual and team effectiveness.Retention & Culture: Cultivate a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and employee satisfaction.Training & Development: Provide weekly training sessions and networking opportunities with other agencies to enhance team knowledge and skills.Legislation Compliance: Stay updated on relevant legislation, implementing necessary changes across the team.Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze lead reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications: Experience: Previous or current experience in real estate/property management within the last two years.Licensing: Must be a licensed real estate agent (Class 1 preferred).Personality: The ideal candidate will bring maturity and professionalism to the role.Financial Acumen: Ability to conduct financial reporting, including reviewing P&L statements, implementing budgets, and forecasting profit.Location: Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the Hills District.Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based commission structure.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Supportive team environment focused on success and collaboration.How to Apply:
