About you: You don't need to have any industry experience, but we're looking for someone just as focused as we are on upholding our team values.
You must be willing and able to obtain a Tasmanian Real Estate Licence during the first 6 months of employment (or already have one).
Ideally, you will also have the following attributes: Relevant experience deemed equivalent to perform the requirements of the position.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential.
Ability to work independently and take direction as required.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Demonstrate great time-management skills and a high level of attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
Sound judgement, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
About the role: Key responsibilities will include: Provide administration support to the department.
Being able to effectively communicate with all team members to ensure streamlined processes and a positive work environment.
Assist with general office duties.
Inspection support when required.
Support to Property Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
Keeping up to date on Property Management legislation.
