About the Roles: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be instrumental in optimising the performance of a diverse property portfolio. You'll lead efforts to maximise rental income, manage expenses, and foster strong client relationships. The Assistant Property Manager will support the team across key property management functions, including lease administration, financial tracking, and client relations. This position is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking to gain a solid foundation in all aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Property Manager Oversee the property portfolio's performance, supporting service delivery and PMA obligations.Implement and improve management systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.Manage lease documentation, handle financial operations, and provide insights through timely reporting.Attend client meetings to address portfolio issues and maintain open communication.Assistant Property Manager Assist Property Managers with lease administration and compliance tracking.Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants and contractors, ensuring timely resolutions.Support financial tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and revenue forecasting.Prepare meeting documentation, attend meetings as needed, and follow up on action items.Help ensure all risk management and compliance obligations are met accurately.Ideal Candidate Profile: Commercial Property Manager 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.Familiarity with commercial leases and property documentation; MRI Software experience a plus.Holds or can obtain a Certificate of Registration.Proficiency in MS Office with a strong focus on data management and financial oversight.Assistant Property Manager 1-2 years of experience in commercial property management, or commercial lease administration.Basic knowledge of property management software (MRI experience beneficial).Strong communicator with a client-focused approach and problem-solving skills.Why Apply or Refer a Friend: Competitive Salary: Commercial Property Manager up to $130K; Assistant Property Manager up to $85K.WFH flexibility available in a supportive, collaborative environment.Gain experience with mentorship from experienced professionals.Join a team where every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.About Talent Butler: Talent Butler is a national recruitment group specialising in the property and development sectors.
