We are looking for an experienced Department Head to oversee the functional operation of a hugely successful Property Management department.
This person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and the ability to implement policies and procedures whilst managing a close knit property management team.
Due to promotion within the business, they are looking for an experienced Department Head to oversee the Property Management team and look after their client relationships.
This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to the team.
The Role: Manage a small portfolio of properties to ensure smooth operationJoin the Senior Management team to help shape future plansLead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and supportImplement strategies to improve performance and achieve goalsEnsure KPIs are met with a positive and proactive approachMentor team members to support their growth and developmentThe Person: 5 years minimum previous experience in PM or as a Department HeadCurrent NSW Real Estate LicenceComputer literate with general computer platforms (Experience with Property Tree is favourable)Drivers Licence and reliable carCan work autonomously and in team environmentAbility to perform under pressureThe Perks: Monday to Friday - Keep your weekends free!Support and team growth1-2 days working from homeAPPLY IN STRICT CONFIDENCE
