The Role:
Carry out trust accounting duties across multiple Real Estate clients EOM & Mid Month Reconciliations, speed sheets & forecasting  Prepare documentation for annual audits for residential trust accounts Prepare some documentation for audits Profit & Loss Statements The Person: Experience in a Real Estate or Trust Accounting preferred  Hold a valid Certificate of Registration Have fantastic communication skills and be well presented  Well organised and great attention to detail  The Perks:  Work from home two days per week No tenant or landlord liaison Diverse role Not a traditional real estate office
