Be developed by seasoned practitionersNo shortage of workSupportive, collaborative and team focused environmentThe Firm & The RoleOur client is a commercial law firm and due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic lawyer with at least 1 year pae up to Senior Lawyer level.
They are open to level.
The firm works with clients in the property, construction, insurance industries as well as SMEs, high net worth individuals and major corporations.The role will see you working on mainly litigation matters as well as front-end matters e.g.
advice work, documents.
You will be attending court and tribunals, interviewing witnesses, assisting with the drafting of court documents and submissions, assisting with drafting advices to clients, drafting letters of advice, assisting with client seminars, client workshops, writing articles for clients.This role will see you gaining 'hands on' experience.

About You The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation, property law or building & construction law.You will also have the following:
strong writing skillsattention to detailstrong communication skillshighly developed organisation skillsability to juggle competing deadlinesability to work independently but also as part of a teamenthusiasm, be self-motivated and have a good work ethicPre-admission experience will be highly regarded and this role can be open to newly admitted lawyers (if they have strong paralegal experience).
